We bring luxury and customization to you—anywhere in Los Angeles. What is Included in the Chase Collective Experience?

Every Chase Collective private event includes everything you need for a fun, luxury-filled experience guests will never forget:

– A $100 refundable security deposit holds your event date

– Choose between our Permanent Jewelry Station, Custom Hat Bar, or both for the ultimate luxury pop-up

– Access to 50+ high-quality chains and personalized charm options for jewelry, or 10+ trucker hat styles with premium embellishments

Full-service setup, on-site styling, and teardown handled by our expert event team

– Plus, a special thank-you gift for the host to elevate your experience

Do you come to our home or venue?

Yes! Chase Collective is a fully mobile luxury event service—we travel throughout Santa Clarita, Valencia, and the greater Los Angeles area. Whether you're hosting a private party, bridal shower, corporate event, or bachelorette weekend, we bring everything to you. Our team handles the full setup, on-site styling, and cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying your unforgettable, high-end experience.

How far in advance should we book?

To secure your preferred date, especially for weddings, bridal showers, or luxury events in Santa Clarita, Valencia, or the greater Los Angeles area, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries, so feel free to reach out — if we have availability, we’ll make it happen!

What is the minimum guests for Private Party?

We require a minimum of 10 guests for all private events. Whether you’re hosting a backyard bash or a full house party, we can scale our setup and team to match your guest count—making sure every guest gets a fun, hands-on experience without the wait.
